Starring: Penelope Ann Miller, Brett Cullen, and Barry Corbin.
Christina deJong lent me this movie. I was expecting more from the title, but this movie was a bit strange. It was not even a good romance. It was just weird! Moving clouds to make pictures, riding dangerous Broncos, and this unbelievable story about an intelligent, grieving widow hiring a man to pretend to be her lover for the weekend. Sounds ridiculously unrealistic! However, we must comment on Barry Corbin's exceptional performance as Mike Hadley, the father-in-law of the grieving widow. He was splendid as he tried to help his daughter-in-law cope with her loss. Furthermore, Brent Cullen played Bryan, the hired heart, tolerably. He is decent-looking, but nothing to brag about. Rather boring movie! :-)
